My wife bought a car here, I cannot say enough about Gurpreet, Masi, Jordan, Ish......this crew treated her with respect and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. I would hire this crew to run any company that demanded the highest customer service detail. No rushing around, no bullshit phone calls no "what can we do to earn your business today" crap. The soft sell is definitely their forte. Product knowledge is outstanding, no blank stares or any usual dealership hustle that pisses off an experienced buyer. Other sales staff were plesant, made eye contact and are genuine. Promisses made promisses kept. I hope this review finds the right ownership eyes because quality always comes from top and hope they know that their company is being very very well represented. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a year of absolute agony dealing with a car I was unfortunately scammed into buying from another dealership in Edmonton, I finally decided to try financing a vehicle somewhere new. My previous car had no heat, multiple hidden issues, electrical problems, and body damage that I didn’t even discover until after the purchase. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous and cautious going into another dealership experience. From the moment I walked into L.A. Nissan, everything changed. I first met Aryan, who then introduced me to Jordan, and later I had the pleasure of working with Corina when discussing financing, warranties, and paperwork. I was very open with them about my past experience and the misdirection I had faced before. Right away they were incredibly understanding, reassuring, and patient. They promised they would make my first real financing experience smooth and stress-free and they truly delivered on that promise. From the test drive all the way to handing me my documents and keys, they kept their word every step of the way. They took the time to explain everything clearly and guided me through the process not because they had to, but because they genuinely cared. My parents, who have purchased vehicles from dealerships before, were honestly astonished by how well L.A. Nissan treated me. Even after everything was signed, the team continued to check in and make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Each of them truly had my best interest at heart. As a senior woman, shopping for a new car was a somewhat concerning event, I had a budget in mind and hoping to find the right vehicle for me. Xavian made the experience of car shopping very easy. 2 stars are for the free car cleaning. The absent 3 stars are from the absent knowledge to remove an engine light but insisting half an hour charge and refusing to work till work done no charge after half hour. (I have spent money $600 in a mechanic to get the engine light problem solved & got a 'no warning' sign to prove no more problem. The mechanic said only the dealer computer can remove the engine light.)

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at Go Nissan South. I visited the dealership for a ROUTINE oil change, expecting a straightforward and hassle-free service. Instead, I was shocked to be informed that my vehicle, which has been perfectly fine with no visible signs of issues, has major oil leaks that will cost over $5,345.45 to repair. I find it concerning that a vehicle I've driven without any issues would suddenly require such extensive repairs, especially considering it was last serviced at SAME dealership just 11 months ago. This raises questions about the quality of service provided and whether the team may have inadvertently caused the issue during the oil change. I was taken aback by the aggressive approach taken by the staff, who insisted that I sign a document before releasing my vehicle keys. I felt pressured and coerced into agreeing to the repairs, which I believe is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and transparency from Go Nissan South. I urge you to investigate this matter and take necessary actions to address my concerns. I'm hesitant to recommend your dealership to friends and family due to this experience. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take steps to rectify the situation.

Don't just look at the number of five-star ratings.

Be careful with LA Nissan / L.A. Nisco Sales Ltd’s “low price” ads — they can be very misleading. The advertised price and the final price can be thousands of dollars apart. For example, they show a vehicle around $36,000 and advertise a $5,000–$6,000 discount, which looks attractive. But when you go to finalize the paperwork, you suddenly see extra charges added that can be even more than the discount, making the final price much higher than what you expected. When you question it, you get bounced around: the salesperson sends you to Finance, Finance sends you to the manager — and no one clearly explains the real breakdown upfront. It creates a situation where customers feel stuck after spending time and going through the process, and end up feeling pressured to accept their price to avoid more hassle. This was my real experience. I would not recommend this dealership unless they become transparent and clearly show the full out-the-door price (with all fees) from the start.
